Portal module PM 30 EL

The electric portal module PM 30 EL features double guide rails with a milled base. Therefore the module reaches a high running accuracy, high load capacity and above all a very high admissible torsional moment in all directions.

The modules are available in 2 versions. 

• The standard sliders Ø 28 mm move in the stator by means of a sliding guide. For longterm lubrication and for protection against dirt in the environment, the stators are equipped with wipers.
• The smaller sliders Ø 27 mm move contact-free inside the stator, making it unecessary to lubricate them.

The integrated precision recirculating ball bearing guide is mounted on a milled surface and thus ensures a high rigidity and accuracy.

A position sensor is integrated in the motor. For very high demands on accuracy we offer an external position sensor with 5 µm and 1 µm resolution.
