The EDP portal standard offers high dynamics due to a very dynamic linear motor in the X-axis and the very lightweight Z-axis. Therefore it is possible to reach short cycle times with long strokes. The horizontal axis has an electric drive the vertical axis either an electric or pneumatic drive.
